  1. Each member must represent their own company or profession within Total Boardroom Network.
  2. Membership fees are £25.00 pcm +vat payable by monthly direct debit or £250 + vat for 12 months, payable annually in one sum. This includes access to the monthly TBN Online Events and discounted member prices for all ticketed In Person events.
  3. It is a condition of membership that members set up the direct debit mandate from the start of their membership and make continuing payments as long as their membership is in force.
  4. No refunds will be given for non-attendance.
  5. Cancellation – you may cancel your TBN membership by giving 1 months’ notice, either written or verbal.
  6. No membership fees will be refunded.
  7. It is a condition of membership that you agree to your details being published to Total Boardroom Network (TBN) website and included in our listings.  We recommend you update your profile and content regularly to keep it relevant and accurate.
  8. You agree to your personal contact data being used by Total Boardroom Network for marketing and communication between us. Your personal data is never shared with third parties outside of TBN.
  9. If you are unable to attend a meeting you may maintain a consistency of presence by appointing a substitute/replacement to attend in your place - this is a recommendation, not a requirement.
  10. In the unlikely event of conflict or complaint, please contact Liz Hutchings directly who will make every effort to resolve the problem. Total Boardroom Network reserves the right to judge each case separately and any decision made will not be considered a precedent.
  11. Total Boardroom Network reserves the right to refuse membership and renewal.
